[Sure enough, he's about where he described; near the lake to the east of the settlement. He hasn't really noticed anyone else, but then he's not in much condition to. He's looking severely worse for wear, with both his skin and his clothes covered in electrical burns. He's sitting with his back to a tree, knowing that he's quite the open target, and merely hoping someone friendly will find him first.]
