[Mayfield 2.002 - Phone/Action - Deleted]

[Edgar's getting fed up with no one remembering him, and being treated with mistrust and derision. It's occurred to him, though, that in spite of the news announcer saying he's been replaced, he's still here. So perhaps, he thinks, he's not the only one.]
Recently, the news broadcast claimed that we've all been replaced. That said, I know that I'm still here, and perhaps I'm not the only one. People have been forgetting us, and it doesn't seem like that's about to change. It seems to me, then, that we should stick together, as a group.
Anyone in favor of this idea, feel free to meet me in town today, near the light display. I'll be there with Jeffry, my pet Chocob- er, a large yellow bird. This could be a chance for us to get to know each other better.

[Sure enough, Edgar is there, with Jeffry, waiting patiently. He looks a little beat up, actually, with a few minor scratches on his face - the only exposed bit of skin he has, in this weather. Feel free to approach, or to mingle with other deleted individuals, as you see fit.]
